This is why our Baths and Showers are Stronger, Tougher and built to last.
The most important part of any Walk in Bath is the Frame. It needs to be welded together, not bolted as a bolted frame will move, it must be substantial in size and a good quality. Our frames are all stainless steel and welded together.
Our frames are all stainless steel and welded together.
Some companies use a steel frame which is powder coated, This is not sufficient as the rust eats into the bare metal on the inside and also where the spring washer has worn away the powder coating as the frame was assembled.
Our stainless steel frame will prevent any rusting and ensure the rigidity and longevity of your Walk in Bath.
The next most important aspect is the Walk in Bath design. All our baths are manufactured as below.
There are THREE layers of high gloss Gelcoat. Most Walk in Baths only have one.
There are FOUR layers of high-efficiency glass-fibre used to build up the thickness of the whole body. Most Walk in Baths have only two layers.
We also thicken the main supporting areas around the corners and around the back of the seat where we use FIVE layers of high-efficiency glass-fibre and we use SIX layers in the floor area.
A lot of our competitors only use three layers of fibre-glass. In our opinion, this is insufficient.
All the Air Jet and Water Jet holes are re-enforced and we apply a section of marine ply, glass-fibre and resin re-enforced to the underside of the base.
The Stainless Steel Frame will prevent any rusting and ensure the rigidity of the Walk in Bath. Please note the hygienic bidet cutaway in the photo.
The photos show the Stainless Steel Frame, Fiberglass body, Air Manifold, Jet attachment, Blower and Stainless Steel Plate and please note the general tidiness and attention to detail of the whole system.
