The Sandringham wet floor will give you complete level access into the shower area.

The existing floor boards will be removed and a wet floor former fitted onto the floor joists. There is no need to trim down the joists. The existing floor will be covered in plywood and then across the whole room, a special vinyl flooring will be laid. The joint between the former in the floor and the existing floor will be watertight. There is a range of colours to choose from.

Across the width of the wet floor area will be ½ height doors with a fixed panel to the right hand side with a floor to ceiling pole and twin doors – please see the example of the 3D image below.
